Changes to Plans F and C
As of January 1, 2020, plans F and C will no longer be available individuals turning 65. If you currently have these plans, you will be grandfathered in and continue as long as you like. Additionally, anyone who has reached the age of 65 by January 1, 2020 will still be able to join either of these plans after January 1, 2020 even though they were not participants on January 1, 2020. The plans are just restricted to those individuals who have not yet reached 65 by January 1, 2020.

Their initial rates are currently the lowest in the areas that they will serve.
